👉Booking appointments for all services effective June 8th!
👉15 minutes will booked in between all appointments to allow for proper sanitizing.
👉Staff will be required to wear masks at all times while in the salon and wash regularly wash hands between clients and throughout shift.
👉At all times, individuals who are not part of a household should maximize physical distance from others and remain six (6) feet apart.
👉Appointments are required for services. No walk-ins allowed.
👉Call salon upon arrival and wait in vehicle till service provider is ready for the appointment.
👉Curbside service offered for all product/gift card sales. Call guest services to place orders.
👉Cloth face masks must be worn at all times while inside the salon.
👉Salon will remain at an upper limit of 30% of fire code occupancy. (excluding staff)
👉Employees and customers have a responsibility to self-quarantine if they have a reason to expect that they may be ill or may have come into contact with COVID-19. Employees are required to perform a daily health check, if symptomatic will not be allowed to physically return to work until cleared by DPH or their medical provider.
👉Hand sanitizer is readily available for all employees and customers at Guest Services and each styling station.
👉Effective June 1st Root Touch Up Kits will no longer be available.
We would also like to ask you for your forgiveness, after closing in March we have done our very best to accommodate your appointments. In some instances it hasn't been possible to maintain your scheduled appointment or we have had to reschedule. We thank you for your cooperation and continued support. We will all get through this together!
